When you first gain access to your Golf 918 you will see the below Organization (Org) Dashboard with no reporting data.
Facilities: Where you will access your facility-specific dashboard(s).
Employees: Employees added in this Org section will have access to every facility in the org.
Training Library: Library containing short tutorials on the features and functions of the software.
Audits: Everything created, changed, or destroyed in the software is tracked here from membership purchases to menu item changes to booking creation and cancellation.
Support: In-system AI support for functions, features and onboarding ~ In progress feature
Organization: Update organization information here such as support contact information, logos, owners and owner information.
To begin setting up your facility, navigate to the “Facilities” tab.
If no facility exists here yet, select the blue “Add New Location” button from the upper right corner.
Enter the basic facility information including taxes and currency. If your locale has taxes required for food and beverage sales enter it here but do not select “Applies to bookings/memberships/passes”. This is to automate tax application to payments for goods and services related purchases.
Hit Save.
